The farmhouse is composed of 3 double bedrooms and 10 apartments of different sizes. We take care of each room down to the smallest details, and the furniture recalls the Tuscan peasant tradition – harmonizing ancient habits with modern comfort.

Our facility is about 5 km from Montalcino and is not served by public transport.
It is important that our customers have their own cars.
If they need to contact drivers operating in the area, they can request them at our facility.

Check-in takes place from 14.00 to 18.00. In case of delay, it is necessary to notify the facility in order to receive all the instructions necessary to check in independently.
Check-out cannot take place after 11:00. Any delays which have not been discussed in advance with the facility managers will lead to an additional cost of €50.
Daily cleaning services are only provided between 11:00 and 13:30.
Our buffet breakfast is served every day from 8:00 to 10:30. We use high quality local products. We can cater to particular dietary needs on request.
Our panoramic swimming pool is adjacent to the structure and has a view over the vineyards from which we produce our Brunello di Montalcino. Access and use are regulated by seasonal opening. Towels may be provided on request, and are included in the overnight rate.
Dogs are the only pets allowed in our facility, involving an additional cost valid for the entire duration of the stay of €35 for small dogs and €45 for medium and large dogs.
To allow our guests a pleasant stay we ask the owners to follow some simple rules:
- owners must be responsible for disposing of their dogs’ waste
- dogs are not allowed in the pool area
- dogs must always be kept on a leash in common areas
- dogs are not allowed, during breakfast hours, in the space where breakfast is served
