The farmhouse is composed of 3 double bedrooms and 10 apartments of different sizes. We take care of each room down to the smallest details, and the furniture recalls the Tuscan peasant tradition – harmonizing ancient habits with modern comfort.

Our facility is about 5 km from Montalcino and is not served by public transport.
It is important that our customers have their own cars.
If they need to contact drivers operating in the area, they can request them at our facility.

This room is suitable for two people and offers a double bed with bathroom with shower, TV, heating / air conditioning, free WI-FI connection. Thanks to its window, you can enjoy the wonderful view of our vineyards surrounded by the beauty of the countryside Tuscany.

This spacious apartment, ideal for 2–3 guests, features a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a large living room, and a fully equipped kitchenette.
It also boasts a private patio with direct access to the swimming pool.
Upon request, an additional single bed can be added thanks to the sofa bed.

Information
Standard check-in takes place from 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM.
If you expect to arrive after reception hours, please notify us in advance. We will promptly send you all the required details (via email or WhatsApp) to complete your Self Check-in and access your room safely and independently.
To allow our team to perfectly prepare the accommodation for our next arrivals, we kindly request that you check out by 11:00 AM.
Our buffet breakfast is served daily from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM.
To ensure we provide you with the best possible service, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance of any allergies, intolerances, or specific dietary requirements: we will be more than happy to make the necessary arrangements to accommodate all your needs.
Access to our swimming pool is seasonal and its opening is subject to weather conditions. For your convenience, complimentary pool towels are provided on-site for all our guests.
